Update on Little Miss Bridget
Bridget has had a ruff start to her sweet life. She has been at Primary Children's Hospital since she was 4 days old. She is 12 days old today. She was born with a bowel obstruction. This kept her from being able to eat or process anything. She had surgery on Dec. 16. She has been improving every day . She had a pick line put in her arm so the could give her nutrition and fatty acids. All of which are very important in her development. Today they removed her drainage tube from her nose. That means she might be able to start eating tomorrow. She really wants her Mom to feed her. She is the sweetest thing. I can't believe that she screams all night. Kimber must be making that stuff up ! Kimber has done a wonderful job taking care of her child's needs. I am so proud of the Mother she is becoming.

2009 BMW Arrived Just in Time for the Holiday Season
Bridget Mae Whitehead
Hi I'm Bridget and this is my family. My Mom and Dad are just getting settled in at the hospital. I'm under the covers.

I arrived at 12: 59 and my Momma was really happy. I am a pretty big girl weighing 8. 9 oz. I am 21 inches long. I have long thin fingers and long skinny feet.
Here I am saying hello to my Mom. I have a bunch of goop in my eyes so everything looks funny.

This is my Grandma. She got to hold me when I was about twenty minutes old.

This is my cute Grandpapa. He just keeps smiling when he hold me.

This is my Uncle Kevy. He loves me and wants to hold me all the time. He took a million pictures of me with his phone.
This is Uncle Chad. He got back from school just in time for my birth. He says I am "pure love". How sweet is that!

I have learned how to work a few things on this body already. I can close my eyes and sleep a lot.
I can really let out a whopper of a cry. Grandma says it is cute.

Zions Bank Top of the Mountain Bowl Game 2009
Snow College ended up tied for the title of WSFL Champions 2009 season. They were invited to play in a Bowl Game on Saturday Dec.5 at Rio Tinto Stadium. They were ranked 8th in the nation and they played number 3 ranked Grand Rapids. Snow college won with a score of 41 - 37. It was a great game. Chad only punted once . It was a 58 yard punt. That was really good. The winners received a gift bag with cool things in it including a beautiful dress watch with the Top of the Mountain Bowl logo on it. He will also receive a Championship ring from the WSFL. It has been such a fun experience to go through with him this year.
